    Urging the United States Coast Guard to amend its regulations                                                               
    relating to small vessels transporting fuel and supplies to remote

Representative Johansen moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                  
HJR 47 be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and                                                                  
placed on final passage.
